Tom Horn Gaming | Legal & Compliance Associate

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating commercial agreements (e.g. service agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements).
Support contract lifecycle management and maintain contract databases, preparation of corporate documentation (board resolutions, PoAs, shareholder decisions)
Keeping up to date on regulatory developments affecting operations in the rapidly evolving iGaming industry.
Participating in the development, implementation, monitoring and ongoing management of legal procedures and policies.
Drafting clear and plain legal documents, notices, and communication letters to customers and other third parties.
Maintaining, organising, and regularly reviewing compliance documentation and internal records (e.g. updates in KYB databases).
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of legal-related trainings and workshops.
Responding to internal compliance inquiries and providing legal support to various company departments when needed.

Experience in legal, compliance, or risk-related roles
Solid understanding of corporate law and compliance principles
Ability to work with legal and regulatory texts and translate them into practical guidance
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
Experience with compliance/AML procedures
Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
Experience working in an international or remote-first company
Legal education or compliance-related certifications
