Influencer Marketing Manager - iGaming

Your role in a nutshell

You will work within the Marketing Team to deepen our connection to streamers, affiliates, YouTubers, TikTokers, influencers and key partners, as well as supporting other community development functions such as social media. You will be responsible for contributing to significant growth of our key operator partners through streamer and social media communities and through improvement of our marketing creatives.

Who we're looking for

We're lokking for an individual passionate about slot games and someone who has existing experience working with influencers, streamers, or brand ambassadors and is excited to create partnerships that contribute to business growth and brand awareness. This is a fully remote position based in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for collaborations with streamers and partners who will be excited to support and present Tom Horn’s mission and products
• Manage the relationship with streamers and partners on platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, Discord etc. and support them with information about Tom Horn Gaming’s games and products
• Spread the word about these collaborations and about our brand - deliver campaign amplification via social media
• Create catchy campaigns - plan marketing activities with streamers and partners and execute them, including contests or giveaways
• Showcase your video editing skills and creative flare - transform best moments from streaming sessions into captivating videos, create vibrant video campaigns to promote our brand and collaborations with influencers on social media
• Build complex timelines including branded content production, live streams, influencer social posting and video and display inventory based on the overall marketing and business strategy
• Amplify brand awareness & manage our presence within the igaming community, while cultivating loyalty through engaging interactions on play for fun and player fora
• Fuel growth through collaboration with leading affiliate networks and our operator partners to drive traffic to our games and maximise our brand visibility among player and streamer communities

Your Background & Skills

• Charismatic and gregarious person that finds it easy to network and meet new people and has a strong existing network of streamers, affiliates and influencers
• Proven track record of working with streamers, player fora and communities
• Deep understanding of igaming and igaming marketing, evident from your application
• Expertise in brand amplification across various social media platforms
• Ability and motivation to develop close professional relationships with content creators
• Experience in video editing and content creation, able to  turn moments into captivating visual stories
• Excellent English and Russian verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on approach and ability to work on your own initiative
• Can-do attitude
