Help devise a B2C marketing strategy to drive revenues and elevate our brand in the highly saturated igaming market
Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, streamers, and content creators in the igaming community
Develop and maintain a robust network of influencers across various platforms, including Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels
Conceptualize and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns aligned with the brand and product objectives
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that resonates with our target audience
Leverage influencer partnerships to amplify brand presence on social media platforms
Coordinate and support influencers in promoting key initiatives, events, and product launches
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and measure the impact of influencer collaborations
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and gaming culture to identify new opportunities for influencer engagement

Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager in the iGaming or related industry.
In-depth understanding of igaming culture, trends, and the igaming influencer landscape
Strong existing network of influencers and content creators in the igaming community
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Russian
Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and impactful campaigns which drive revenues
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relevant gaming platforms, trends, and regulations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Goal-oriented and flexible person that strives to deliver results whilst juggling several projects at once
Creative thinker that constantly demonstrates a passion for innovation, improvement and new ideas generation
