HR Generalist

Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to conducting interviews and extending job offers
  • Support HR Functions: Provide comprehensive support across all HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy adherence
  • Team-Specific Engagement Activities
  • HR Branding Activities: Contribute to building and enhancing the company's employer brand through various initiatives, including social media engagement, employer branding campaigns, and participation in relevant industry events
  • Address Team Members' Queries: Serve as a point of contact for team members' HR-related enquiries, with a focus on understanding and addressing the unique needs of the remote distributed team
  • Proactive Approach to Team Concerns: Take a proactive stance in identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns within the team
  • Internal Events Planning and Execution: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute internal events aimed at fostering team cohesion, professional development, and employee engagement. 
  • Travel Coordination: Facilitate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics and compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Your Background & Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on supporting multicultural teams
  • Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred
  • Advanced English is a must
