Your role in a nutshell

As a Game Producer, you will drive the development of engaging, data-driven slot games from concept to launch. You’ll combine creative vision with analytical precision to deliver high-quality gaming experiences that resonate with players and meet business goals. Your Responsibilities

• Lead the full production lifecycle of slot games - from concept through to launch and beyond.
• Leverage your expertise to shape game mechanics, RTPs, hit rates, volatility, and ensure engaging player experiences.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, artists, and external studios to align on creative vision and technical delivery.
• Own the product roadmap and ensure on-time delivery of game milestones with high-quality output.
• Review and approve game math models, ensuring both regulatory compliance and player appeal.
• Communicate game concepts and vision clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide feedback and guidance on art, animation, sound, and UX integration to support the game’s overall design.
• Monitor game performance post-launch and iterate based on data, player feedback, and competitive insights.
• Stay current with iGaming market trends, game mechanics, regulatory changes, and development tools.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Your Background & Skills

• 5+ years designing casino games or game mechanics, with a focus on the online gambling industry.
• 2+ years as a Game Producer or Product Manager, ideally working across multiple game titles or projects.
• Proven experience building or reviewing slot game math models, simulations, and paytables.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills - able to clearly explain complex concepts to both creative and technical teams.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to drive multiple projects forward in a distributed setup.
• Skilled at balancing ideas, data, and user feedback in decision-making.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• High attention to detail with a love for systems and structure.
