Legal and Compliance Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Taking care of Compliance and Legal agenda with B2B partners (KYC/KYB)
  • Managing  legal documentation and correspondence 
  • Participating in due diligence processes and drafting legal documents and policies 
  • Liaising with the company's suppliers, authorities, business partners, etc.
  • Providing  support to the board of directors and enhance office effectiveness
  • Drafting legal documents - mainly agreements and correspondence
  • Regular reporting for management

Your Background & Skills

  • 2+ years' working experience in similar role in an international company 
  • Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols 
  • High level of independency and ability to collaborate in an online environment  
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work with various teams 
  • Legal education is an advantage as legal evaluations are part of the job
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Highly organised and detail oriented individual
