Compliance and Legal Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Keeping up to date with regulatory developments, regarding operations, within the rapidly evolving iGaming industry
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of legal procedures and programmes
  • Maintaining, organising, and regularly reviewing compliance documentation and internal records
  • Ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests from clients, regulators, and other third parties
  • Preparing documents, lists, catalogues, and files related to general contract templates and, eventually, individual arrangements, as needed
  • Drafting clear and plain legal documents, notices, and communication letters to customers and other third parties
  • Monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations and updating internal compliance policies accordingly
  • Overseeing customer onboarding processes, including KYC/KYB verification
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of compliance-related training sessions and workshops
  • Responding to internal compliance inquiries and providing legal support to various company departments when needed

Your Background & Skills

  • Experience in legal, regulatory, compliance, or risk-related roles
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance principles and documentation processes
  • Interest in or prior exposure to the iGaming industry 
  • Ability to work with legal and regulatory texts and translate them into practical guidance
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Clear written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience with KYC / KYB procedures
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
  • Experience working in an international or remote-first company
  • Legal education or compliance-related certifications
